Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine graham crackers and granulated sugar in a food processor. Pulse until finely crushed. Drizzle in melted butter and mix until wet sand texture. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping carefully.
  4. Spread the creamy filling evenly over the cooled crust. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Cut into squares and top with cherry pie filling before serving.
