- In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Mix well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chopped pepperoni and spice mix. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, and chopped parsley. Stir and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Lay out wraps and divide filling evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and roll tightly.
- Arrange rolls seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spray tops with cooking spray and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes.
