Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over low heat for about 2-3 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend together 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Pour the melted butter mixture over the cheeses and stir until well-coated.
  4. Add the Ritz crackers to the bowl and gently toss them with the cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated Ritz Bits onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
