  • 4 pieces Buns brioche or whole-grain
  • 4 slices Bacon can use turkey bacon
  • 1 cup Lettuce any type
  • 1 cup Tomatoes sliced
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing lighter version can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Slice fresh tomatoes and wash crisp lettuce leaves.
  2. Toast the buns on the grill or in a pan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix gently and shape into 4 patties.
  4. Cook the patties on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Assemble the burgers starting with the bottom half of the bun, followed by the cooked patty, bacon, tomato slices, lettuce, ranch dressing, and the top half of the bun.
