Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, letting them sit for 10 minutes while preheating the skillet.
  2. Add oil to the hot skillet, place salmon skin-side down, and sear for 4 minutes, then flip and add shrimp, cooking until done.
  3. Remove seafood, reduce heat, sauté minced garlic in the skillet, add heavy cream, seasoning to taste for the sauce.
  4. Boil salted water, add potatoes, cook until tender, then mash with butter and cream, keeping warm.
  5. Steam or sauté green beans until tender-crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Plate mashed potatoes, layer shrimp and salmon on top, drizzle with sauce, and serve green beans on the side.
