Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Add to a large salad bowl.
  2. Rinse the fresh blueberries under cool running water and dry them.
  3. Roughly chop the shelled pistachios and sprinkle them over the greens.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces and distribute evenly.
  5. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the salad, then gently toss everything together.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients.
