Preparation Steps
- In a blender, add your choice of dairy or non-dairy milk, old-fashioned oats, Greek yogurt, smooth natural peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, pure vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend all the ingredients for about 30 to 60 seconds until a creamy, smooth consistency is achieved.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into a jar or suitable container, ensuring it can hold the volume as the oats will expand.
- Cover the jar securely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- When ready to serve, take the jar out and mix in a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy your creamy blended peanut butter overnight oats either chilled or at room temperature.
