Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine sour cream, buttermilk, minced parsley, dill, chives, and grated garlic. Whisk together for about 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slowly drizzle in fresh lemon juice, adjusting to taste, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add bite-sized pieces of radicchio and torn frisée.
  4. Slice the Granny Smith apple into thin wedges, discarding the core, and add to the bowl.
  5. Toss the leafy greens and apple gently to evenly distribute.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently for 1–2 minutes until well-coated.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped toasted pistachios over the top and serve immediately on chilled plates.
