Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Tin: Line a 9-inch square baking tin with baking paper and lightly grease it with butter.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine the rice cereal and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Melt Wet Ingredients: Melt together the butter, Biscoff spread, and marshmallows in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Pour the melted mixture over the rice cereal and gently fold together until coated.
  5. Press and Set: Transfer mixture to the lined tin and press down evenly. Let it set at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  6. Add Toppings: Melt white chocolate and pour it over the set treats, then add warmed Biscoff spread for a marbled effect.
  7. Cool and Slice: Once the topping is set, lift out the treats and slice into squares for serving.
