- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Add honey and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add 2-3 green tea bags to the hot water. Allow them to steep for 3 minutes without pressing the bags.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags and let the brewed tea cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the lychees in syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Once the brewed tea has cooled, pour it into a pitcher and add the lychee puree. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.
- When ready to enjoy, fill tall glasses with ice and pour the chilled Lychee Iced Tea over. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon and lime slices.
