  • 1/2 cup mayo or light mayo
  • 1/4 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour or cornstarch with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg until it’s well blended.
  4. Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and spray the basket with olive oil cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by whisking together mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha until smooth.
  8. Once the shrimp are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce until fully coated.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh greens or sesame seeds.
